Being in the call center industry for 9 years, I have been accustomed with dealing with calls that vary from simple queries to more complicated requests. I have learned how to handle situations or inquiries quickly and effectively.

With the companies I have worked with previously, I was able to provide good customer service to a wide range of businesses such as photocopier manufacturers, health services and telecoms. I worked as a technical support/customer service representative for a photocopier account providing technical assistance to users, ordering supplies and collecting information and updating their records. I also worked for a Health Insurance Account where I was responding to customers' inquiries regarding their claims, benefits and coverage.

I have also been part of the Account Services team for a Telecom where my main responsibility was to process customer orders for technical products and services, from entering orders into the systems, to providing the status and timelines, to managing the life cycle of the orders from entry, to release to tracking of the orders until completion.

Furthermore, I possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. I am self-driven, reliable and have strong prioritization and time management skills. I can utilize Microsoft office applications very well and can learn new system applications quickly and efficiently and can work independently.
