I have almost 6 years of experience in customer service where I handled product inquiries, plan features, and helped the customer by understanding their bill. I always make sure that whenever I am on call and dealing with a customer, whether they are nice or irate, I always provide them with an excellent service by going above and beyond to help/address their concern.
I also have an experience in handling trainings with new hire employees where I teach them the basic up to the how to's of the process.
