I have an experience of being a customer support and a technical support representative for almost 9 years in a BPO company and startup company. As an agent, my tasks are to address customer's concern and provide proper resolution. When I was in an online logistics company, one of my experience is to recruit drivers and operators who will be interested to be added in our platform and be part of our driver partners.
