I have spent 5 years in developing my skills as a customer service with CTC BPO INC. I worked as a dispatch with Directv and AT&T. I handled customer complaints, assisted customer on product inquiries and I managed the customer's scheduled appointment. I was able to adapt to the fast-paced environment that I won several performance award in the company.
While working as a customer service representative, I also worked as an administrative assistant. I wrote exceptional business proposals and created a business presentation for an organic fertilizer company. I made tracking sheets for their monthly sales, improved some of their product descriptions and created a contact list of their prospective clients. I also managed their emails, schedule appointments and newsletter. For 10 months, I was able to help the company closed one of their biggest clients. My hunger for learning and growth delivers excellent service that goes beyond my client's expectation.
