I started working home based last February 2016 as a Virtual Assistant for Amazon US and got promoted to Project Manager.

I am a Customer Service / Technical Support / Live Chat agent that can multi-task. 

I’m a data entry specialist with typing speed of 50-60 wpm. I have a vast knowledge of data entry, Google documents and Microsoft Office. I take direction well and can complete a heavy workload and complete projects under minimal supervision.

I was also promoted as a Supervisor in an outsource BPO company

handling 7 data entry projects at the same time. I was also an Administrative Assistant in a law firm. I perform administrative duties including copying and faxing documents, answering telephones, transferring data, web research and reports.
