I have been working with an IT distributor as an Outbound Representative/Supply Chain Support and have practiced and utilized my English skills in my 10 years of work. Aside from logging every call I make, I am tasked to do some reports on campaigns that we have that enhanced my skill in data encoding. I also did some purchasing jobs for a client that we have, inputting their orders on a web based channel site. Currently I mostly do PO modifications, generate reports for clients and do data entry--posting to websites, etc.
As such I have developed my interpersonal skills and language skills through constant communication mostly with US citizens, Canadians and for a time with UK citizens.
