Mike Araujo

My experiences are outstanding in the fields of sales, customer service and teaching English. I have a huge passion for helping others and causing impact in their lives. I consider my personality to be very charming and friendly as well as making people feel comfortable when speaking with me. Collectively, I have 3 years of experience with sales face-to-face and 4 years and a half of sales on the phone inbound and outbound calls. I also handle large groups without being apprehensive and feeling comfortable during teaching a class or presenting a speech. Call center experience I'd say is one the toughest jobs on this planet, first for the fact that I've learned how to handle bipolar and rude customers as well as amiable and friendly ones. I understood how to control the situation as professionally as possible, especially while taking back to back calls. I have the demeanor to persuade and make customers feel interested and comfortable in considering the sale right then and there. I've always been top 10 Sales rep on the floor as well as top 5 in VOC (voice of the customer). I also once sold 2,300 worth of clothing while working at Levis Strauss Co. in less than an hour with a customer who only spoke Spanish, and at the time I was the only employee who spoke the language. That was just one of the few big sales I've made during my time working in retail. I like to end my days helping others in whatever way, shape or form!
