Responsibilities:
• Implement business development strategies to enhance sales and profitability
• Generating new leads and follow up for business from Global and Indian Markets
• RFP responses, Proposal creation and presentation to prospective customers, SOW creation and execution.
• Perform entire business cycle right from lead generation till the closure of sales and collections.
• Delivery tracking, customer relationship management, escalation management
• Follow up with old customer for new business.
• Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships.
• Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs
