I am a hardworking and dedicated type of person. I worked as a Telemarketer in a training center for 2 years. I gather information about prospective clients and send them some invitations about a different kind of seminars that we are promoting, regarding Human Resources, Labor laws, Strategic Planning etc. This is where I developed my communications skills and I also developed my skills on how to motivate people by inspiring them on how to be a good employee and leader. I also worked as an Administrative Assistant in an Online Consulting Firm that provides also Manpower Services, my job is to maintain the workflow by studying methods; implementing cost reductions; and developing reporting procedures. I also provide information by answering questions and requests.I see to it that all the tasks that my superior want to implement will be done the way he wanted to be. As a good employee and team leader, I was promoted as an HR Recruitment Specialist for 3 years where I maintain employment records related to events such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions, using a Human Resources Management system software. Keep in touch with recruitment agencies, local organizations, educational institutions, etc. Maintain data in information systems or databases.I also interview applicants and hire them if they have the qualities that meet our client's expectation. My last job is a Payroll Officer in a Recruitment Firm.I Perform timesheet calculation and data entry; benefit deduction calculation and maintenance, manual checks, pay increases, wage garnishments, workers’ compensation payments, deferred compensation maintenance, direct deposit submission, and distributes paychecks. I also maintain records and filing system for payroll department in a confidential manner, including employee files, wage garnishments, taxes, payroll reports etc…
