Mona Srivastava

I have more than more than 12 years of progressive Ontario Public Sector experience including senior level roles where I have made positive changes in the organisation to support Government mandate. In my most recent role as a Project Lead/Program Coordinator, I was the lead on establishing a new unit ‘Information management Data Governance Office’ and I coordinated all aspects of successful on-boarding of 6 staff, have a fully functional unit in a span of 3 months. In this role I showcased my leadership skills by effectively managing all aspects of human resources, business planning, financial management, procurement activities, and overall administration of the unit.

My role as an IT Project Manager at Trillium Gift of Life has given me a rich experience and an opportunity to provide senior project leadership, managing a team of twelve professionals, co-ordination and management of project documentation for the planning, analysis, development and implementation of projects. Reporting to the CIO, I was involved in decision making for current and upcoming program delivery.

In role as a Project Management Consultant, I coordinated with varied stakeholders including vendors, corporate sponsors, speakers and staff; in this role, I developed Letter of Agreements, conflict of interest forms, presentations and collaborated with multiple stakeholders using my oral and written communication skills.
