I have been in the customer service industry for almost two years and I awarded as Best Checker, Best Seller, and Customer Service Awardee. I'm a former digital marketer and customer service representative for almost one month. I have a grasp on how to use FreshDesk, Slack, Google Suite&Microsoft Office Suite, and Teamwork. Lastly, I'm an ESL/English tutor for almost four months. I took up Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Major in Marketing and as a marketing graduate, I've learned a lot about communications skills and how to deal with people and stress. I’ve always considered myself to have a very strong work ethic. I am committed to doing whatever it takes to meet deadlines and I have excellent interpersonal skills and excel in dealing with clients.
