As an HR and recruitment executive, i was responsible for the below activities:
· Identifying creative solutions for sourcing, researching, identifying and analyzing candidates for the agreed positions (significant focus on ‘Teaching Staff – Full-time and part-time).
· Creating a network through consultants, colleges (including B.Ed.), schools, housing clusters (including gated communities) and online profiles
· Meeting the candidates, conducting interviews via telephonic and face-to-face (if required, including offsite) and being a strong ambassador of the innovative and path-breaking concept of the company.
· Having conducted walk-in interviews at various locations in the city, to consider the eligibility of candidates for various positions, by discussing their profile, etc
· Creating Offer Letter for new joiners and completed the joining formalities of candidates who have joined the organization by assisting them in signing relevant documents & collecting the required documents from them & introducing them to the company policies & procedures
· Maintaining the personal files of the employees and communicating new joiners details to payroll
