•Initiated exploring Entity framework, WCF and Silverlight for new version of Human Resource management system
•Also initiated the migration of old version of system from VB6 to Dot Net.
•Initiated research on RDLC reporting for outputs.
•Auto generated reports using XML, .Net, C# and RDLC reporting.
•Generated code using T4 template.

Also have knowledge of following business areas of Harmony Capital Management System,
•Key member in development of organizational setup and Employee administration module that maintains basic information related to organization and employees.
•One of the two members in developing provident fund
•Developed module related to job description/job specification.
•Took part in development of loan and recruitment
