I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Economics of Tourism, and I have worked in Tourism and Hotel Business on many positions. One that I prefer is job position in national tourist agency with job title sales representative, for more that one year.
Job that I was doing is typically agent work and can be described as, for example:
Communication with reservation systems and agencies;
Customer services;
Making travel reservations;
Making travel agreements and travel payments;
Issuing vouchers and closing arrangements;
Bookkeeping.
I have worked also as translator from Serbian, Croatian and Bosnian language to English, as well as proofreader and copy typist. I am committed to work and professional in making it done. I can do everyday business in tourist agency with high responsibility as I have certain level of experience in it.
