We can find experts in knotted carpets and rugs. 2 Raw Material Sourcing- I used to search for raw materials of products because the quality of the finished product depends on the good or bad quality of raw material. For the raw material sourcing, I search vendors in different parts of the country. I collect samples and research price and quality as well as time duration for hand over the raw materials, check the market image of vendors then go through the negotiations and buying the raw material. 3 Manufacturers sourcing - After sourcing raw material I found workers (labor) who contribute to the manufacturing of products. In this way, I used to get an idea of the manufacturing cost of the product. Later on, I used to search for very good manufacturers from different parts of the country and checked their market image, pricing policies, and time duration for the finished products. If it was a good manufacturer then got t the sample and went through the quality check. If the sample is good then negotiating for pricing, timing, and shipping. 4 Vendor sourcing - Sometimes if we required finished products then I used to search vendors in various parts of the country. I went through a comparative study of vendors, their prices, qualities, timings, shipping, etc. I used to collect the feedback of vendors from the companies which are already buying products from them. I used to collect samples of products and send a quality check. If the result was satisfactory then the calculated cost of the product included the shipping cost.
