I have been working as a Homebased Email Customer Support Representative for almost 5 years now. I answer customer queries via email. My responsibility includes order updates, fulfillment, replacement and reshipment of orders got lost. I help clients with their Facebook, Instagram and Twitter management so that their brand can engage with their customers through email and chat. Further, I help my clients categorize content. I assess the content and then attach tags to it which definitely helps group information or materials together by relevance. Nevertheless, I help online shops generate leads and sales through paid ad campaigns, social media marketing and customer focus websites.
