I am a passionate traveler and I love exploring the world. I am a very curious person and really adore making contact with people.
Since I like going out of my comfort zone, I experienced different work roles and I am always ready to face new challenges.
My willingness to practice different trends and cultures led me to experience living in Australia, UAE, and Spain.
I have worked in different industries such as tourism, and healthcare throughout my career, always playing roles in public relations, assistance, and customer service.
During the last year, I decided to move to a Freelance business. I started to offer different services as a Translator (English – Italian – Spanish), Virtual Assistant and Web content Writer.
These combined activities help me to stand out my skills and to express my interests. From this perspective, I had the occasion to collaborate with a businessmen group, and I assisted them in taking care of customer relations and support, in elaborating offers and business documents and organizing meetings, as well as managing the agenda. I have been also writing contents for a US travel website for more than a year now.
Having operated as a remote Travel Agent, I learned to optimise the use of the online resources in order to entirely satisfy requirements and expectations.
As a multi-tasking professional, I am flexible and I adapt to different needs.
My goal is pursuing in my business, in order to enhance my skills and background and, preferably, set long-term collaborations with companies that are willing to recognize my abilities and want to train me, on the purpose to make me more qualified and prepared to perform additional different tasks.
