I have teaching experiences for almost 5 years and been an call center agent for 4 years. I used to teach secondary level for almost five years after that I worked at BPO as a call center agent, I am handling inbound and outbound calls. I'm handling international accounts, US and Europe. I Believe that I am good in handling calls and I really love what I am doing.
