I worked as a Customer Service Representative for different kinds of campaigns. I worked for an Airline company where in we are the one's handling cancelations, changes and bookings for the clients. I also worked for an online shop for clothes, bags, shoes and a whole lot more. We are the once who helps clients in choosing the best deals for them and processes the shipping, changes and the payments. I also handled billing account for a big company like Microsoft 365 Business Account. So I also have knowledge in handling billing concerns.
For Technical aspects, I also worked in a different campaigns but more on the internet connection troubleshooting. I also handled cable TV where in we are the one's who troubleshoots connection loss and process the dispatch of field technicians if issues not resolved over the phones. I was also trained for email troubleshooting and resolves basic software concerns.
