My career onboard Carnival Cruise Lines, one of the biggest cruise ships industries in the world, enabled me to work for the past 3 years in a fast-paced environment and with a large array of customers and clients. In addition to that, the experience I have attained made me develop the taste for a challenging career, encountering different types of situations and resolutions.

As a Guest Services Supervisor and a Hotel Administrator most of the attributes are administrative and most of my contract, I have spent my time assisting the Guest Services Manager closely in the day to day operations with the port papers as well as planning for different safety meetings required onboard. As a Groups Coordinator I had the opportunity to manage the different venues available onboard and make sure that the time frames and venues chosen are not overlapping with the ship’s regular entertainment activities. As a Hotel Administrator I was also responsible of the paperwork related to different port authorities and handling different payments to those authorities.

In addition to my experience, I have strong communication, customer service, office, and administrative skills. I have experience with a variety of software programs, including Microsoft Office, Micros Fidelio, Adobe Acrobat Professional and I consider myself an outgoing, adaptable person, especially due to my life experience.

I would be really happy to have the opportunity to work for your company as I believe it will enhance the experience I have already attained working on board a cruise ship. I believe that my experience would be beneficial for the company. Also, I have to admit that the current job allowed me to discover the ability to work under stress circumstances and within a team with different perspectives, yet all being committed to one goal: client satisfaction.
