Olivia Mason

Hello, my name is Olivia Mason and I'm currently completing my studies at the University of Technology Jamaica where I’m studying for my Bachelor of Engineering degree in Chemical Engineering. I already have a great educational base in the sciences having completed an Associate Degree in Natural Science. 

In the last five years I’ve worked at several call centers that have provided me with hands-on customer service and sales experience. These positions provided me extensive knowledge on how to provide excellent customer service by building rapport and relationships with internal and external customers via the telephone, email and chat.
