Onochie Esiobu

I am a certified project manager, scrum master and project trainer and I deliver quality projects to clients that meets scope and quality. I have delivered projects in the IT, Banking and Education sectors due to my background in information technology and finance.

In addition to the above, I also lead operational change and create processes that drive profitability for organisations.

My projects and engagements in the past and currently include: setting up an operational centre for a core banking application project for a financial institution, leading an operational team for a mobile money project, creating a project management office from scratch for the biggest gaming company in Nigeria, Managing a change process from waterfall model to scrum as a scrum master and infusing agile methods in the project management office.

A major achievement in the past year has been managing a project for bet9ja (the biggest betting company in Nigeria) that saved the company billions of naira. Using my operational and project management knowledge, I was able to build a business case around a major pain point for the company and created a short term solution and a long term solution. New systems were integrated and the transition was seamless without any hitches to the daily operations.

I am a believer in knowledge sharing and that's why i volunteer as a project trainer for organisations in order to deepen the knowledge of project management and up-skill people.
