Creativity and high quality standards distinguish my work. For example, I used to work in a call center with limited resources for training and development and I was assigned to lead the diagnosis of different departments. Combining my knowledge of assessment tools and productivity indicators, I developed a simple excel sheet which proved to be very effective in mapping workforce and ended up being adopted by other clients of the company.
In working closely with my stakeholders and with external consultancies, I am adept at building a series of useful and customized solutions in that respond to an ever-changing marketplace.
