I have a vast literacy when it comes to technology for it is one of my interests, personally. Thus, working with computers either online and offline is easy for me.

As an online seller in Facebook selling different variants of goods from food to gadgets, I’ve gained strong interpersonal skills by means of talking and negotiating with clients before closing a deal.

Graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology and landed a job related to it (Quality Assurance) helped me grow more by means of improving critical thinking, analyzation, being detail oriented.

Knowing that I’m currently residing here in the Philippines, I already landed jobs that needs to adopt everything about the USA. Been a Customer Service Agent, which directly handling customers, and also a Branch Operations Support, which handles Bank Operations and its employees, I have gained experience in assisting customers to their case-to-case needs and provide resolutions to their problems or any complaints in accordance with the company’s guidelines and policies. Also learned from this industry the flexibility that this job offers in all aspects such as time, schedule, culture and work load were grasped.

Personally, I am an open-minded person, a fast learner, willing to be trained, fast learner, TRUSTWORTHY, can manage pressure and dedicated to Jobs given.
