I have been working since 2008 related to Customer Service, Telemarketing , Real estate, health Insurance and Quality Services. I used to work on a BPO company for 7 years. I handled ticket reservations which is based in US and telecommunication company based in Australia. I was an agent for about 3 years and became subject matter expert for 7 months and was promoted as Quality assurance specialist where I handled the position for 3 years and 2 months
