A problem solver who has worked in cross cultural environments and deals with CXO level professionals everyday and never loses relationships. I have been managing clients on the one hand and development team on the other. In a outsourced project, cultural differences play a major role in requirement understanding and there i act the most by explaining client expectations to the development team and turn them back to client into meaningful deliveries.

Have been part of many products development, major of them delivered to my clients and few of them are being built for my own business. Running a company from grounds up and holding partnerships in few others have taught me every aspect of a business. Right from leads generation to acquire clients, manage projects and teams to deliver and working with accountants on finance and audit.

Having lived in Europe, America and frequented many countries on business trips have helped me understand my clients and their expectations better and this has resulted in very successful timely and qualitative deliveries securing 95% repeat business and delighted customers - time and again.
