Worked as a customer service representative for US, UK and Australian companies for over 10 years both office and home based. Most of my tasks were call handling, email handling and chat support assisting customers related to their billing inquiries, payment, complaints and cancellation request. Multitasking is my greatest asset as I can finish a task on a timely manner. I can work independently with less supervision. I'm a fast learner and willing to learn new things and skills. I am up to challenges and ready to take it without hesitation. I am confident that my skill will greatly contribute to this project success.
