I am a License Engineer by profession. I have 14 plus years of solid experience in the BPO Industry.
I have a very strong background in Technical support for Dell Computers. Handling high influx of Inbound/outbound calls, chat and email support. I specialize in troubleshooting hardware and software/ operating system.
Having said that, I have good communications skills both Oral and written. I have developed good analytical skills and thus allowing me to design training materials that would benefit Training Department and Operations.
I also have good management skills and can provide coaching and action plans to drive performance. I make sure that quality service is given to all stakeholders by doing random quality audits. Making me proficient in MS OFFICE applications. I also train agents on how to pitch and close a sale.
