I worked as Administrative Specialist in a BPO company for two years after working in a Savings and Mortgage Bank for 10 years with the same job title but different industry. It is quite an adjustment for me working on a graveyard shift but my passion to work as a support to our client needs gave me the desire to love my job. Im in charge with travel and logistics, lead for supplies requisition (storage and inventory) of office supplies, medical supplies for the clinic, facility and housekeeping. I also handled timekeeping and printing services. Primarily handled database for the inventories and job orders from clients. Keeps track of the in and outs of supplies. Client fund POC and client visit arrangements. I am consistent and precise to my expertise in record keeping. Trustworthy, amiable to work with and able to communicate well in English language. I am able to work under pressure with self discipline. Most of all I value Integrity.

Shall provide administrative support specializing data entry for various paper works and documentation. Can also be in different format like microsoft word, microsoft excel, power point presentation, data in adobe format, etc.

Able to provide support in creating correspondences, statement of accounts, memos, labels, contracts and layout posters.
