I started working online since 2009. I started as a customer service representative and eventually became a customer service manager. I started handling live chat support, emails, support tickets and call whenever there is an urgent technical issues that needs to be responded. Aside from those, I also manage on how to handle invoices with the suppliers using paypal. I am also responsible in processing of orders and prepare sales to ensure that all orders are being process and checked.

I would also like to let you know that I am familiar of using freshdesk and intercom for the customer service related task. I have also tried to create some knowledgebase using freshdesk so that this will be a guide if there are questions that are familar and been asked frequently. One more thing is a canned emails that I used to create whenever I've encountered the same questiosn but with different customers. Canned emails however, will help us to provide the quick possible answer. That way, we can provide a better customer satisfaction by responding to their needs and FAQ in timely manner.

Last December 13, 2016 - Feb. 10, 2017 I was hired only for two months commitment for their website launch and I was also handling customer support using freshdesk and intercom. I also handle their gmail account and their google drive. I was the one who handles the organization of their files, their usernames and pw all in one excel file so that it would be easy for them to find what they need. I collate all the issues through Fb comments, from emails, freshdesk and intercom and put all those in one place.

Another recent working experience was a General Virtual Assistant that handles basic marketing by managing google adwords account in adwords editor and Website Development Product Data Entry using wordpress.

The task invloves article writing for blogs, product descriptions and some sort of website content, product updates, uploading images on the website and creation of different landing pages and designs using instapage. It is a service that lets you build landing pages for your online marketing and promotion campaigns.It offers features such as A/B Testing and very easy to use. It comes with a templates or you can also start from scratch and all of this can be done and published on Wordpress.

  1. Email management - it's just basic management of calendars, setting reminders for yourself and your client. Same as appointment management. it's staying on top of things. To make sure your client doesn't miss out on anything. I have been using Asana for keeping track of things.

3.Team Management - This is basically overseeing the staff. We can also use Asana to designate tasks. I would also Suggest internal communication localized through Slack or hipchat. That way you can send private messages and have team channels too. It's knowing the tasks of everyone, follow up with them, make sure they are done in a timely manner.
