Punctual, hardworking and dedicated to the things I do are just some of the strengths I have. I started working when I was still taking up my college degree because I wanted to support myself and at the same time have enough savings to put up a business of my own in which I have succeeded. Now I have set the business and have entrusted it to my manager, I have too much free time. Communication Skills (English) - I have gone through different types of training to improve my communications skills and how to properly speak the English language. I am pretty confident with the results cause it helped me out specially when I was working as a customer representative because it’s easier for my customers to understand me and also they're not hesitant to trust me. 

Customer Service - Having 5 years of experience in the BPO industry I have learned the different types of customer and the different approaches that best suites the situation. I have catered to customers over the phone or through emails, and each time I always make them feel that it’s a friend trying to help them and not a guy trying to do his work. 

Email Etiquette - Knowledgeable about the dos and don'ts of a proper email. I'm familiar with the updated versions of email software like Microsoft Outlook. 

Sales - I have always pushed myself to be at the top specially when it comes to sales. Not just because of the incentives that my previous companies offer but I also enjoy the ways I transition conversations to a sales calls, i find it exhilarating
