I have worked in the BPO industry for the past couple of years, decided to work at home as a freelancer and have everything ready to go. I have extensive experience delivering excellent customer service/technical support including, but not limited to, chat, email and phone support.
I have provided phone support in a Health care account for one of the biggest Health Care insurance company in the United States, assisting clients in their concerns about claims, eligibility and notification requirements of specific procedures.
I also have provided support through emails for an I.T. based company that provides ridesharing services. I basically handle clients concerns regarding about their fare, driver related concerns and pretty much anything that concerns their trips.
