I have mined for leads using several different techniques including cold calling, because I know that if you provide the right information on a lead and it's verified and accurate the closing ratio goes up. To many of the so called leads being pedaled out in the market place today are nothing more than alpha numeric characters in boxes still needing to be fleshed out and verified to be of any use at all.
