Ritche P. Mamañgun

As starting VA, I am excited in venturing to a new and exciting work environment. After gaining much experience in excellent customer service, training and development, wide range of technical support skills and impeccable English communication skills, spoken and written made my resume even better for the past ten years or so.

My love for the arts and the outdoors can be considered my personality in general. I am also fascinated with Formula1 and MotoGP...something about speed gives me the thrill. Go Ferrari and Yamaha! Being a well travelled person, I consider myself as outgoing and free-spirited but still holding to my values and spirituality. I am a family man of seven, a loving wife, two boys and three girls, between 2 and 13 years of age. We always spend much quality time together before, that is why I decided to work at home now, to spend more time with my kids and make sure that I am able to guide them in their growing up years. I am also keen in protecting our environment. I and my family are making sure that we contribute individually in making our planet protected. A healthy lifestyle is also an utmost importance for us. We are in process of transitioning to organic diet. Organic gardening is a pastime for me and my wife. It provides relaxation while being busy at work. Going back to basics...farming.

Like at home, at work, I am team player. I don't like seeing anybody being left behind. The success of the company should be the success of everyone. Anyone who is not performing at par should be given attention and make that his output be on a level based on his skills and potential. As an employee or staff I am willing to do meager tasks to accomplish the job. Humility is very important in a team to take PRIDE on the results. Quality of work is better than quantity. Practice makes perfect. Honesty is a virtue, being present gets the job done.

I am not ashamed of admitting that I have a lot to learn as a rookie VA. It may be a tedious learning experience for me. But if that is what takes to perfect the craft of an excellent VA, then so be it. If you open the doors for me, you will be expecting tremendous and productive results.
