Three years of call center experience. I have worked in one of the biggest BPO industry in the Philippines. Catered technical/sales/customer service accounts such as activation of cable boxes, modems and phones, configuration of routers, processing orders for customers and same is true with sales. I opted to utilize these skills online to build foundation in the field of customer support. I am fluent in English and good with communication skills. I have reliable high speed internet and a laptop which is solely use for work to maintain client’s confidentiality.
