I also worked as the same mentioned position in Dell as an SMB Hardware specialist where I handled Dell's specific line of desktops and laptops for small & medium businesses. Working homebased, I had worked as a remote PC repair technician for 4 companies (i.e., StressfreePC, Mycured computer, Remote Geek live & Geeks Fix It USA).
