Provides full range of executive support for the President/Managing Director and other management executive. In charge of document preparation and editing, confidential file management, email handling, supply ordering, record maintenance and logistics assistance for shipments. Preparing and editing invoices and quotations. Coordinate and carry out personal request, company projects, events and communication plans. In charge of handling expense report, petty cash, payments, wire transfers and records. If needed, driving the President/Managing Director to his meetings and business engagement. In charge of travel arrangements, restaurant and hotel booking for President/Managing Director and company’s VIP guests.
