For years of experience, I am now personally and professionally competent. I can provide emails in more detailed yet comprehensive info. I can provide phone calls and notifications as needed. I may say I have the essential qualities a customer representative should have like the eagerness to help, great listener, patience, positive attitude, and able to provide options to the customers. Though I been working quite a long time on this industry, I still be willing to learn and be equipped with knowledge about the product or service in order to satisfy my client's needs.
