I am an undergraduate of BS Education from Roosevelt College and have spent the last 7.5 years in the BPO industry. I have worked in Motif Philippines for almost 2 years as an outbound agent in a B2B account, offering search engine optimization, before joining The Results Companies in 2014 wherein I started as a customer service agent for HR&Block then WWE and then Wellcare.
I was promoted from being an Agent to being a Recruiting Specialist after the recommendation of my Operations Manager in Wellcare.
