I've been with Business Process Outsourcing for almost years now. My role is always provide good customer experience. I have experience working in healthcare industry for 5 years. With healthcare, I experienced working with patients and healthcare professionals,well versed when it comes to benefits and eligibility, claims processing, appeals, collecting, and posting payments.And I am now working as Sales representative and it's a lot different with my previous job however I find it challenging and I believe this is the field where I really belong. I experienced working before at home as outbound telemarketer and It was an awesome experience and that would really helped me a lot now that I am planning to shift career from office based to home based.
