Substantial experience and outstanding skills in customer service with five years at Citigroup Business Processing Solutions (CBPS) including US Credit Cards and Thank You Rewards program.
Accustomed to working in fast paced environments with the ability to think quickly and successfully handle difficult clients.
Use the Sawgrass and Fusion daily and know the workings of it from cards to rewards program.
Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work well with others, in both supervisory or support staff roles.
