I’m currently working as a virtual assistant for an ecommerce account and my role is to manage Amazon, BigCommerce and eCrater accounts for a client in the U.S. My tasks includes but is not limited to processing online orders, managing inventory, adding or updating product listing, and to contact customers or vendors regarding orders. I also have experience in quality control (auditing calls), outbound payment collections, and providing customer service and technical support. I’ve also worked with authors before as a marketing fulfillment representative.
