I am Salahuddin Ahmed, a seasoned IT Customer Support Professional and Web Developer with 16+ years of experience in the field of IT & Systems, Marketing Promotion, Branding, Customer Support. Expert in Windows Networking, Domain/Host/Server Configuration, AWS Support, Google Apps for Business Deployment (G Suite), Web Design/Development etc.

Successfully setup many large IT & Networking Systems. Started my career with Indian Oil while I was studying in India as a Promotional Marketing Executive. Later on, worked in various IT (and non-IT) Companies in India including Junction96 chain Internet Cafe. Remotely worked for companies like Citibank Mexico, Citibank Japan, HSBC Malaysia as outsourced remote tech support for their Marketing Software built with Weblogic. I have worked as Project Manager for ERP, CRM, HRM Setup project for several companies. In Marketing/Merchandising I had maintained highest sales records throughout with successful shipment/delivery(for Portland Textiles Ltd).
