I currently work for a surrogacy agency requesting and reviewing medical records. I have to pay attention to all the minor details, create spreadsheets and keep track of each surrogate and donor file we receive. HIPAA and privacy compliancy are mandatory, as well as interpersonal skills and typing. Communication is a big part of our job.
