Implementation and Training Expert
I have been fortunate to be given the opportunity to cultivate my data and business process analysis, training and project management skills through my previous professional experiences. I began my journey by calling upon my innate eye for detail and strong critical thinking skills to write programs to convert client data. A former manager recognized my talent and gave me the chance to learn and grow through each role of a software implementation project. My greatest strength is my knack for effectively collaborating with all project stakeholders. I am most inspired while working on an energetic, motivated team that is truly passionate about the project.

SIS Project Manager
The management and staff of the Rhode Island Network for Educational Technology consortium were impressed with me while I worked with them on several student information system implementations so they offered me a position. This was a unique experience because it positioned me to collaborate as a customer instead of a vendor. I facilitated user group meetings in which problems both unique and shared were resolved collaboratively and collectively as a group. The help desk/training team I managed was top-notch and well respected by the Rhode Island school districts we supported.
