For almost six years now, I have worked in the digital marketing, web hosting and SaaS space as a virtual Customer Service and Training Specialist for an American company based in Denver, Colorado, and a WordPress Maintenance company based out of the UK.
Because the digital economy is so fast-paced, I have had to become just as dynamic with my service delivery, to ensure that all information disseminated is up-to-date, quickly learn on the job as new technologies become available, and likewise as the company expands into new sectors. I have gone from creating tutorials to designing websites and writing weekly blog articles, all while making sure that the core activities of the company are taken care of - things like billings, monthly audits, account creation or cancellation, and answering all queries sent in to our customer service team on a daily basis.
