I am an internationally certified trainer (Asian College of Teachers & TQUK) & international speaker who is passionate about empowering people grow from good to great. In my last role I was the Director of the Analytics Centre of Excellence with JCPENNEY and prior to that the Director of Marketing Analytics with Target Corporation. After a couple of decades in marketing, data science & analytics, I am now running my own Power Skills startup called Skillect. During my leadership stints with companies like Hewlett Packard & Target I have learnt how qualities like warrior spirit and skills like image management, can actually transform accidental diminishers to growth multipliers. Today I am invested in sharing these learnings with corporates & professionals and at campuses, through group workshops, personal coaching & consulting, empowering future leaders to play to their strengths.
