I worked at a BPO company for 2 years so I can say that I'm pretty flexible. I talk to customers on a daily basis so my english is above average. I multitask very well. I do my job wisely and I make sure that everything is in its right place before continuing to another task. I make sure to do my job correctly. I am very approachable and I like making friends in order to create a safe and happy working environment. I have different working experiences aside from the BPO Company where I first worked. I worked as a barista at our local coffee shop for a year. I also worked for 6 months as a content writer. I have worked as a dispatch for a delivery service that is based in Los Angeles and my most recent job experience is being an Operations Manager for a delivery service and the areas we cover are Sacramento, East Bay, and San Franscisco. I also have a total of 3 years working as a Content Writer for 2 separate companies.
