I have more than 5 years experienced as an It Helpdesk Technician. In the last two years of my technical works, I have experience the following:
Installation of hardware and software
Troubleshooting any software and hardware issues,
Maintaining the local networking in the office, solving the network connection problem; creating user on the DHCP server;
Create the outlook express account and troubleshooting it
Backup of the DHCP server Creating user in the Active Directory
Basic knowledge of Linux SAP basis like installation SAP and create user, all things user creation, backup, monitoring.
Authorization Router and Switches configurations
Firewall configuration Monitoring Network

I have also some experience in the following areas: six months as Data Entry / Data miner, and one year as Production Associate. I have basic knowledge in joomla and wordpress cpanel, design upgrade and configuration as well as basic website design using html,css, php.
