Before I work as a Customer Service Representative, I worked as an Admin Assistant of a retail store way back 2015. Apparently the company decided to close. So I chose to shift a career which is the CSR position. The job responsibilities as Customer Service Representative is challenging, because we need to give our customer a timely and excellent service. We need to be more courteous, patient, and we make sure that and the end of the day we provide a great customer experience.
